Roadway Management Technologies Awarded Cooperative Contract Through OMNIA Partners

Cities, counties and other public agencies nationwide can now streamline their purchasing to buy RMT's roadway data and analytics without running their own bid.

Cities, counties and other public agencies nationwide can now streamline their purchasing to buy RMT's roadway data and analytics without running their own bid.

Orlando, Florida – November 4, 2026 – Roadway Management Technologies (RMT), the data company for roadway infrastructure, today announced it has been awarded a cooperative contract through OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. The contract (2026-401-03) was competitively solicited and publicly awarded through Barron County, Wisconsin, under RFP 2026-401. It became effective September 21, 2026, and has an initial five-year term with the option to renew for up to ten years.

Through the agreement, public agencies nationwide can access RMT's roadway lifecycle management platform, including Pavement Lifecycle Management and Asset Lifecycle Management. Public agencies gain access to OMNIA Partners collective buying power of 600K+ members, dedicated support, and no added membership cost, all while bypassing the RFP process.

"Public works teams are being asked to stretch every dollar while proving the impact of their road investments," said Josh Crowe, CEO of RMT. "This contract removes one of the biggest barriers between agencies and better data: the procurement process. Now a city or county can move from decision to deployment in weeks instead of months, and start building a pavement program on continuous, objective data."

"Public works leaders are balancing aging infrastructure, tight budgets and growing expectations from the communities they serve. RMT brings the kind of continuous, objective data that helps agencies make confident decisions about where and when to invest. Through this contract, our members can put that insight to work without the time and burden of a new solicitation. As an ally in the purchasing process, we’re pleased to welcome RMT to OMNIA Partners and help agencies move from planning to progress.” - Allan McCombs, Executive Vice President Partner Development, OMNIA Partners

Cooperative contracts available through OMNIA Partners give participating agencies best government pricing, with no cost to participate. The contract is non-exclusive, so agencies keep full flexibility in how they procure. Eligible organizations include cities, counties, state agencies, special districts, K-12 schools, higher education institutions and nonprofits.

RMT's approach is built on three pillars:

  • Continuous Data: up-to-date condition and asset information across an agency's entire network

  • RoadwayAI: analytics that turn that data into prioritized, defensible repair and preservation plans

  • Measurable Impact: reporting that shows elected officials and residents what each investment delivers

Agencies interested in purchasing through the contract must register with OMNIA Partners at no cost at omniapartners.com/publicsector. Contract details, documents and contact information are available at OMNIA Partners.

Most public works budgets are evaluated on a single question: Can we afford this? It’s the wrong question. The right question — the one that actually predicts whether an investment will pay off — is what efficiency gain do we need to break even?
